Self Care Club

Self care looks different for everyone, it also evolves and changes as we journey.  This club is open to all who have wellness in mind, a commitment to long term focus.  Whatever your individual goal we can all remain focused together!  This 15 minute guided zoom offering led by Caryn will open with a reading followed by some time for self exploration meditative breathing and journaling (optional).  We will tune in on the New Moon to review and set our intentions and then again on the Full Moon to review and let go of what is no longer working for us. Maintaining our focus to bring us in the direction we'd like to go.  No experience necessary and no goals or intentions are required beyond the desire for a regular check in with self.  To commit to yourself (about 30 minutes a month YOU CAN DO THIS!) send a message to join!  We will meet 9:30 - 9:45pm moon schedule found below.
